[...] Here is a cheap low budget all-Black cast horror-comedy that yields itself perfect for Movie-okie (make up your own dialog) – surprisingly it’s rated PG-13 which is rare for a Troma film, because any bad film junky such as myself will know that Troma relies heavily on boobs, blood and bullets in their films to make up for the lack of quality, talent and script – but this is why Troma films are great - anyone can make them. A few gallons of fake blood, cheesy props and generous dose of topless girls and tada you have a Troma film! [...]

I am a South-African who has recently completed a feature lenght screenplay, and I'm looking for U.S.representation or someone that can help me to give this project of mine legs.
It's an Action/Adventure . Title: GANGSTER PARADISE. Pitch: Armed Robbery..the AFRICAN Way!
It's about a wave of bloody cash-in-transit heists around Johannesburg (RSA). It's a huge show down because the goog guys and bad guys have clashed 20 years before, during the Angolan War.
The characters are all fictitious but some of the graphic action is a daily occurence in the R.S.A today. I'd be happy to e-mail a synopsis or even the script.
Warm Regards.

Lloyd,

I have really enjoyed the content of the Make Your Ownd Damn Movie DVD.

It is rammed with great, practical tips. It is also a joy, just to sit
back and watch it.

One tip I really like is the Bromo Seltzer Meltdown. I really wanted to
try this out so I made a short film.

I present to you: "My Pet Haemorrhoid", I hope you like it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnOA1Kt8MxY

If you do, you are welcome to use it as an extra on a Troma DVD.

Kind regards

Thanks Lloyd, After reading your book and watching the DVD series "Make Your Own Damn Movie" I am doing it! (making my own damn movie that is). I followed most of the book's advice and I am moving right along in preproduction now. This has been a dream of mine for many years and this series has given me the kick in ass to shut up and just do it. I couldn't be happier. Thanks. See you at Sundace.
